Yes. Dar Alkher is the principal entity of an integrated business group that includes Alnssor Office (procurement, sourcing, logistics and execution) and Aldur Engineering (engineering and technical support).

Yes. We coordinate global sourcing and logistics, managing international procurement, shipping, customs clearance and delivery to your specified location in Iraq.

Delivery times depend on product availability and logistics and are confirmed individually for each order. The timing stated in your order confirmation is an estimate rather than a fixed guarantee. We will keep you informed of any material changes.

Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of quotation or order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices generally do not include taxes, customs duties, transportation or installation. For an accurate quote, please contact us with your requirements.

Payment terms, including amounts, due dates and accepted methods, are agreed individually for each order and stated in the order confirmation or invoice. We do not process or store payment card details through this website. See our Payment & Billing Policy for more detail.

Please inspect goods promptly on delivery and report any visible damage, shortage or discrepancy to us in writing as soon as practicable. Hidden issues should be reported as soon as they are discovered. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution.
