By building strong manufacturer partnerships and developing its own operational capabilities, the company grew into a trusted supplier for power plants and industrial facilities, with long-standing relationships with the Ministry of Electricity.

Over time, that growth took the shape of an integrated group. Alnssor Office took on procurement and logistics, and Aldur Engineering took on engineering and technical support, while Dar Alkher kept its role as the group's principal, contracting entity.

Master's Degree in Economics
Mr. Tawfiq Abdullah Hajwal founded Dar Alkher Co. Ltd. for General Trading & Contracting in 2004 and has led it ever since.
An economist by training, with a Master's degree in Economics and long experience in Iraq's contracting and trading sectors, he has guided the company through more than two decades of operation and built strong relationships with government entities, including the Ministry of Electricity.
Under his leadership the company operates under structured governance and performance management systems that ensure transparency and long-term sustainability, and has grown into an integrated group with Alnssor Office and Aldur Engineering.
